Jharkhand: Ranchi HC notes brutality on Kids
Description
There is widespread outrage over the reports of brutality against children in a Sainik school in Tilaiya. Now even the Ranchi High Court has been forced to take suo-motu cognisance of brutality against children and the school must explain why children were beaten up with leather belts by the school staff.
