Former BJP leader and senior advocate Ram Jethmalani has offered to defend Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case filed against them by BJP member Subramanian Swamy. Jethmalani has offered free legal services to the Gandhi, however the Gandhis are yet to take up his offer and have merely acknowledged his letter. Here’s what the noted advocate had to say on this:
