5.15 and all the world lies dead
they spoke their last then upped a mobile bid,
I couldn’t save a million with your kiss,
so fell asleep and dreamed like princes did.

Old ibay and its auction prize to win
the rights to all remaining worldwide love,
the bidding stopped it seemed as lifelines crashed,
with suicidal phone calls to above.

All hope would rest upon one last chance boast,
a final curtain brag from armchair hell
around me wars would rage and demons spit
but how could anybody ride the swell.

All eyes wrung out their misery in weeps,
as higher, love got priced beyond all means,
the poorest of the poor must live with hate,
while presidents and kings died in their schemes.

One button press and I would win it all,
all hope, all faith, all love in lasting bliss,
I won! I won! Forever, but alone
I lie awake with memory of a kiss.
