Jerks! 73¾kg

Worked up 162½lb and had the best Jerks of my life! Practice is good. The RIGHT practice is best! Funny how l just had some of the most difficult Jerks during my last workout and decided to stop the workout. Now, a day later and weight is just flying up! Hallelujah!
