ive made up my mind
im moving away
this is my last message
all I have to say

The last few Years
where we were together
friends til the end
for ever and ever

but I will be gone
come the end of the year
away from my friends
away from here

please do not be sad
we knew this was coming
but I want you to remember
so I left you something

A memory of me
all the good times
so I have made
This short little rhyme

Whilst I read over my poem
a tear strikes the floor
i just want to stop
not say anymore

so I leave it as this
my last words for december
'I'll never forget you
I'll always remember'
