Jennifer Maxey - Giving up

Slowly I walk away with nothing to say, you look at me with confusion across your face, im sorry I whisper this is how it has to be i need time for me. Tears slowly form in your eyes as you reach to grab me, I walk out the door on the corner I start to weep, I know I love you my feelings run deep. I might have let go of something great but if our being together was fate, it will be fine if you just wait, because in my heart I cannot be true so giving up is what I must do.
