Jennifer Holloway - A Perfect World

If every living thing from birth,
Could live in peace upon the earth,
What a wondrous place this world would be,
No more wars for you and me.
No little children, hurt and crying,
Watching injured parents dying.
With constant fear of ruthless men,
Who want to rule the world, and then
Will they turn to outer space,
For vengeance on an alien race?
If I could make the world stand still,
Or make well all the sick and ill,
Stop the wars, and end the pain
Life would be worthwhile again.
With happy faces everywhere,
And everyone without a care,
The world would be a better place,
Instead of just a big disgrace.
