Dear Diary,
I got through another day
I fought my mind
But I survived
I didn’t think
I didn’t feel
I’d hardly breathe
But I’m still here.

Dear Diary,
Today was tough
My heart jumped ahead
But my mind backed up
I’ll be happy
Another day
I cried myself to sleep
But I’m okay.

Dear Diary,
I’m alone again
I’m back at the start
I’m falling over the edge
Pushed too hard
And fell too fast
Going down quickly
I hope I can last.

Dear Diary,
What can I say?
The gun will be empty
At the end of the day
Everything crashed down
I can no longer fight
My heart and mind agree
I am not alright
I’m sorry Diary,
I’ll hope you’ll forgive me
It is my only choice
I can’t go on living
The pain is intense
And the road is too long
I have to give in
I can’t go on
Soon everyone will see your contents
I hope they are shocked
To see all my feelings
When they were unlocked
Your pages are damp
I’m sorry for that too
Shedding my last tears
Before I leave you
I’ll send you a kiss
From heaven tonight
I’ll be with the angels
I hope you’ll be alright
This is my final writing for eternity
Please don’t be sad
Don’t cry for me
I’m alone in the house
So they won’t hear the shot
I know they will hate me
But I need to go to God
And leave all this behind
It’s a quarter to nine
It’s time to go
I’m leaving
Goodbye
