Description

If I could see your face,
For the very last time,
Oh how I'd run my fingers through,
That fine hair of yours,
My fingers just air to you,
And to you- I know I mean nothing.
So shower me in all your daft theories on life,
Because everywhere, you, I'd follow.
Anything, for you, I'd do,
So just tell me, and I'll run,
Rip my heart out and let you stab it,
It couldn't hurt any more than you already made it!
And yet to all this-
The anger, the tears- oh how I cried for hours!
The day I trashed my room to metal music,
Is oblivious, and I pray you not find out,
For your heart-
So I heard it beat through your stethascope,
Belongs to another, so beautiful,
So lovely- much more than myself,
'Do you love her' once I asked you by the lake,
'I do' he whispered.
(Please let me drown)
I can no longer glance,
At your angel face,
It would be less painful if you cut me,
At least then it would be me you were touching,
I cant even be your friend,
Because there's so much more I need,
Your arms felt so tight, I really thought...
No I was a foolish girl,
And you will hurt me no more,
For you lead me on, to believe,
And lead me to this state!
And so I will say, Goodbye.
Just let me feel your hair in my dreams...
