Jeffrey Taylor - cut again

Sitting alone in my room once again
Thinking of how terrible this day has been
Looking around, about to go insane
I see something that will ease the pain
Sitting there so shiny and bright
I couldn't resist so I reached for th knife
What came over me? This is the worst one yet
Hey who knows maybe it'll help me forget
All this pain I'm going through
And every bit of it is thanks to you!
I look at the cuts and begin to cry
Why did I do this? Why God, why?
What came over me,
How can this be?
How can I cover this up
When covering my pain is hard enough
I don't know but I have to try
Say so long to these tears in my eye
No more pain, I'm done
I'm better than this! Life has just begun!
