In a statement provided to The Hollywood Reporter, 42 year old Van Barnes pushes back against Tambor's claims that the Amazon Studios internal investigation was "deeply flawed." The investigation resulted in his firing from a show that won him two outstanding lead actor in a comedy series Emmys.
Barnes alleges a pattern of verbally abusive behavior and sexual harassment.
