“It’s getting better … I tried to explode off and I felt a pull … it’s a grade 1, so it’s nothing severe.” Brown added that he’ll be ready when the pain subsides and he avoids aggravation/swelling. No pain now, just tightness. Says 1-2 weeks sounds right, but it could be shorter.
