Jayalalithaa death row deepens; Apollo doctors compiled health note

NewsX accessed 5 page affidavit submitted by Apollo hospital before the Arumughaswamy commission regarding the hospitalisation of former TN CM J Jayalalithaa. In the affidavit, Apollo hospital states that CCTV cameras were switched off at the behest of Jaya's security when she was being moved in the corridors. Hospital acted on their directions to respect the privacy and ensure the security of the late Chief Minister. The affidavit states that Jaya instructed the govt officials to convey to the public that she was hale and hearty. A day after being admitted, a short note on her health condition was compiled daily by doctors in the CCU team. But final contents of the press statements were authored by the persons representing the government.
