Jay-Z tops rap rich list
Description
Jay-Z has come in as the world's richest rapper, earning £40 million last year.
The hip hop superstar was ranked top by Forbes.com. It is thought much of his money he earnt from his 40/40 nightclub chain.
Diddy came second, but earning just £19 million he is not much competition for the Run This Town rapper.
Akon came third making £13 million despite spending time in jail.
Eminem may top the record selling chart but he only came in at number 14 earning a relatively low £5 million.
