Driving down the street
Take a detour turn
Just hoping i might pass
her

Go out of my way
Run, through crowds of students
To catch a glimpse of
her

Hanging with friends
Listen to the gossip of the day
Keeping my ears open
for her

I turned to her, gazed into her eyes
Pressed my lips against hers
Then..I awoke
Most vivid experience of my life, just a dream

And i''ll do it tommrow too
Take the detours
Listen for that magic name
catch some z's
