Jauz Plays Guess The Emotion

Jauz is in the Hollywire studio!! We talked about his fans, live performances and of course his banging music. Jauz is friends with so many A-List DJ's - Marshmellow included. He talks to us about how all artists in the EDC scene have really come together and befriended on another as EDC has revolutionized as a genre. He also spill the deats on his other passion - making skateboards! Jauz loves his dogs and his wife. He talks to us about how his wife finds the best fan stories so that Jauz never misses a change to engage with his fans. Jauz aka Sam Vogel is a DJ and EDM producer. He grew up playing guitar and began producing his own EDM music at the age of 15. He initially attended Loyola Marymount University to study film, but ended up dropping out to pursue his music career. Upon leaving school,he decided to enroll in Icon Collective, a prestigious music production school. After releasing a few tracks, he took on the stage name Jauz. His career kick-started when famous DJ Tchami played one of his tracks at HARD Summer. Since then, Jauz has collaborated with other artists including Tiesto, Dillon Francis, and Marshmello. He eventually played his own set at HARD Summer, almost a year after Tchami played his track. He additionally performed at Ultra festivals both in the US and abroad, and various EDC locations. Jauz decided to take his career into his own hands and created an indie record label called “Bite This.” This allowed him freedom in regards to releasing music, and he also wanted to help out the next generation of artists.
