Japan warns of 'partial nuclear meltdown'

Cooling systems at three reactors have been damaged by the quake. Sea water is being frantically pumped into the plant to cool the reactors, but the government is warning of a partial meltdown.
Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Motomiya in Fukushima prefecture, the same region as the nuclear plant.
