Janey Sharp - A Mother's Wish

Every night before I go to sleep.

I think of you and softly weep.

For each of you I shead A tear.

Missing you, wanting you near.

I look into the eveing sky.

I see a shooting star go by.

I make a wish to see you soon.

I blow a kiss up to the moon.

I ask the man who lives up there.

to send the love and kiss I share.

So look into the sky tonight.

Catch my gift and hold it tight.

Think of me before you go.

I'll be here loving you so.
