I can't feel you hold me close to you
And I can't touch you the way I used to
I can't feel you calm my fears
Or wipe away my falling tears
Still can't feel the feelings fade
But it seems it has to be this way
And I really don't know how or why
But I can feel the emptiness just fine.

Be ok baby while I'm not there
Not so ok you don't stop and dare to
Remember how it felt back when
You dared to be my closest friend
My soulmate, lover and company
I thought you were the one for me
But if its really not to be
I think you should set me free

Its not my will, my desired fate
But be sure I will take care I'll make
A promise to you that you'll always be
The closest thing to perfect to me
Don't compromise yourself in life
Go to the place that feels just right
Don't be lonely or sad or poorly
And if it gets like that
Please just call me.
