Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes Engaged

Jamie Foxx, 48, and Katie Holmes, 37, are going to make it official, OK! magazine reports in their Sept. 26 issue! The couple originally wanted to wed earlier this year, but a source tells the mag that the “need for subterfuge” and the alleged “legally mandated delay” in Tom and Katie’s divorce contract meant they had to wait.
