James: World Cup was better than expected

Madrid, 29 Oct (EFE).- Real Madrid player James Rodríguez talked about his performance at the last World Cup and stated that it exceeded his personal expectations.



"My dream was to have a good World Cup but it ended up being very good, better than what I hoped for and what Colombia hoped for. We reached the quarter finals and we could have gone through but there was always that something, that little help so Brazil could go through. It was a dream, something I always dreamt about, score goals in a big competition like the World Cup," the Colombian said in an interview on the program "El Larguero" on Cadena Ser radio station.
