All day it remains with me
The smell I cannot see
As you take your seat at the same desk
You have sat in for the past 16 months
I could go into days, hours and seconds
Of what 16 months totals
But I saw that in a movie
And don’t feel the need to equate
Your presence to time
Am I abnormal that your smell erects me?
I can’t understand
How it affects me so

If I asked you the name of that smell
And you told me
The name, the fragrance
Would I then buy some and see
If it smells the same
Would it smell the same on me?
Or on another woman
Or does it mix in with your natural juices
To release the smell, that is unique to you

For I can’t touch you
I can’t take your breath into mine
I can’t take away your hand
And walk away with you
Yet I can take away your smell
That I don’t have to try for
And now my nose is superior to my dick
For it is the only part of me
That can have you
