I like to write when I'm high
staring up at the vast night sky
Is there someone or something staring back
could it be hostile just waiting to attack

Whats this now some creature of the night
a cat here with me to wait for the fight
What really is it that makes me wait
is it that I'm nearing my eternal fate

Who am I in this world we call home
is my fate written in some missing tome
If so may I find it, I yearn for it yearly
that if found I would care for dearly

Why is it the night sky is so vast yet empty
yet filled so much it still has plenty
Why do I have so many questions
and what is it that has caused there selections
