In a dark room there was white wall.
Definitely not a gray wall, or an off white wall,
But a white wall of purity and such.

Along the wall you could feel bumps emerge
Bigger, smaller,
Lacking significance, but not personality.
Bumps that quietly expressed as much personality as allowed.

Often people lost themselves to this wall.
But only for moments
Shapes were seen forming in the ripples
But these continuous attempts at significance
were continuously contained and thwarted.

Eventually the wall was demolished
