Khalistan Liberation Force terrorist Bakshish Singh, who has been behind the bars for over two years in connection with planting a bomb at the LPG bottling plant near Nabha among a slew of charges including an attack on Dera Sacha Sauda chief's convoy, has renewed threat to religious leaders. But Punjab Police meanwhile has talked tough, clearly stating that it will take all necessary action to counter any terror attempts.
