How to Jailbreak PlayStation 3 Firmware 3.60
CFW 3.60 Installation Steps:

Step 1- Download CFW 3.60 PUP extractor from HERE

Step 2- Open the file and Click on I agree option and then click on "download 3.60 PUP" button.
Extract the PS3UPDAT.PUP to USB:/PS3/UPDATE (MAKE SURE USB IS FAT32)
