Jaguar Chows Down on Some Steak

A ferocious predator, yet stunningly beautiful, the jaguar is considered ‘near threatened’ by the International Union for Conservation of Nature due to rapidly declining populations. Projects like the Criadouro Onca Pintada breeding project in Brazil are now paramount to the survival of the species. One resident, Perseu, is a one-year-old jaguar with a healthy appetite.
