Jade Leven - Betrayed

9: 43 pm and she's in her bedroom listening and
hoping
she will find what she needs but for now she's just
coping
with whatever she has, and in her heart she knows it's
tragic
that he will never know to what extent he is her
magic
like in fairy tales it always ends with happily ever
after
like in her dreams of comfort and security and
laughter
but she knows it's not reality and it just keeps getting
harder
there's always someone scolding her for not getting any
smarter
she tries and tries to love herself but she just can't stop
falling
she lies awake at night in fear, her worst nightmare is
calling
nothing matters anymore but him, and she is
crying
without him she's so heavy, when with him she was
flying
with every breath she takes, her misery is
remade
she offers sympathy to anyone who's ever been
betrayed.
