Jade Harmony - Control

Tiny specs of time
Float in and out of my mind
Little flashes of memory
Invade the night's peace

The buzzes of music
Pester me day and night
Relentless pounding
The voices tell me to sleep
But the music pumps me awake

The two sides of my mind
That fight for complete control
Are thrown into my inner chaos
Since I struggle to contain myself

Words attempt to rip out of
My closed mouth
I can't let them pass
Cause if I do
All hell will break loose

Both sides agree
That something needs to be done
But my last slice of will power
Holds them back
I can't lose control.
