Cosy and snug in your arms, my head lay on your chest,
I feel loved, I feel safe and at peace.
Hearing the beat of your heart I feel blessed,
never wanting this moment to cease.

Time seems to stand still whilst in your arms I'm entwined,
all my worries and fears drift away.
I am totally yours and you are totally mine
in the twilight of this day.

Silence wraps it's cloak around us, talking's not part of the plan
now our thoughts have become telepathic,
we hold on to this moment for as long as we can
not wanting to break the magic.
