Jackson's bodyguard takes the stand
Description
Jackson family members arrive for day 3 of the trial against Conrad Murray -- the doctor charged with manslaughter surrounding the drug-induced death of late pop star Michael Jackson.
On the stand ... Jackson's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez ... testifying that Murrary told him to take vials of medicine and saline from Jackson's bedroom... moments before calling 911.

"Yes, while I was standing at the foot of the bed, he reached over and grabbed a handful of vials, and then he reached out to me and said, 'here put these in a bag'."
Alvarez, testifying for the prosecution, said Murray pointed an IV stand near Jackson's bed - and told him to take a saline bag away.

"What I recall was, like I said, it was at my eye level, and I was able to notice that at the bottom of the bag, there was what appeared to me like a milky white substance."
Prosecutors say the milky substance was the surgical anesthetic propofol - which authorities say caused the "Thriller" singer's death.
Murray admitted administering the drug as a sleep aid - but denies the charge of involuntary manslaughter.
If convicted - Murray faces up to four years in jail.
