Description
I survived darken roads
and evil hearts.
Lovers lies
abuse and loneliness
Within each teardropp
that falls
Is a painful memory
Laid in sin to feel
not so alone
Dear Lord
Why so many burdens
have i bared
Always forgiven never
hating
Nor turn my back
to anyone
I have walked through
thorns and
The valley of death
Seen and felt the evil
that hides within
man
I bared the scars and
marks of what evil
men do
I still can not hate
And forgiven all
Dear Lord
You have a reason
why i survived
Lord you have always
been by side
But at this moment i
feel so alone
inside
Dear Lord
When the tears dry
I must be strong
For your plan for me
seems to be i must survive
With your love and grace
i will
Amen
