Jack Linoge - The Rose

Kept beautiful all these years
like a black rose without fears
The rose slowly blooms
all reality ceases to resume

and wants only to view the rose
but truly the world knows
beauty embodies the essence of the rose
no other is close to compare

even the angels shout to declare
'This rose, it holds the love of all.'
Stopped, the world can no longer stall
to continue to gaze upon the rose

time goes on, looking back once in all
looking for the dark, beautiful black rose.
