Jack Growden - Happy Man

Now that the pain of sleepless nights
Has faded sweetly into dreams
And the powers of chance approve
Of each and every one of his schemes,
There appears to be no return
Near to those days of grim extremes-
His life is pleasantly perfect
At least for now it seems.

However one should stay cautious
For just when he fulfils his plan,
Life can conjure a brutal blow
And set him back where he began.
Though he is a mere pawn to fate
And hence must enjoy it while he can-
As life is currently perfect
And he is a happy man.
