Shivers expose the cold refrain.
Of tears composed of icy rain.
Falling from yesterdays page.

Pursued by demons from deep below.
Ever present with a sinister glow.
Always eager to administer rage.

Carefully crafting the plots final scene.
Bathed in dim light shimmering green.
Trapped by indecision in a gilded cage.

Wishing for freedom from mistakes wrath.
Just one more curtain call before all's past.
And I will remove myself from the stage.
