Description
Slow silent moments of longing
hang next to where I sit
The wind in coconut trees
can only blow these thoughts further out to sea
all that will be left
is the space between you and me
is there anything that I can see
with your tired eyes
or will your smile be ever correct
pushing all challenge away
until you sit, dying, alone
let me dive down to explore
the beauty that is in so many ways
your heart, and as I do
I will clear the wreckage and
feed the fish that swim there
