IWC-Lab: Powershell port scanner

Are you interested in writing your own port scanner or add more advanced network communications to the Windows command line? This lab gives you that ability. Some of you might be asking, why not just use a tool like NMap? That is a very good question that can be summed up with the term “living off the land”. If you are on a system where NMap is not available or you need to write a more targeted script that requires socket connections, the PowerShell environment has most of what you need already at the tip of your fingers.
