Words are my notes
Of bronze, silver, and gold:
Hung on a scale,
Melodious and bold.

Who will read them,
Strung like clear raindrops.
Who will hear them,
Sung high on hilltops.

No one to meet
So that I can do more;
Will no one seek
My songs for encore?
