ivor .e hogg - Who Am I?

I was before the universe
I shall be when all else is gone.
When time has gone into reverse,
then once again I’ll be alone.
Then in the midst of nothingness
I will consider what has passed
and rectify my carelessness.
Mistakes I have made in the past.
But loneliness will drive me to
attempt a new experiment.
The cosmos I’ll create anew.
I can I am omnipotent.
But who am I? am I a god?
I do not know it’s rather odd.
