I’m sad, yet glad when summer wanes
and darkness once again regains
supremacy.

I can recall soft summer nights
relive again those rare delights.
So easily.

I do enjoy the twilights fall
the time that I love best of all.
Which is for me

the time when I can meditate.
On winter and anticipate
quite eagerly

The austere scenes which winter brings
To show to me in black and white.
