ivor .e hogg - Colour Blind
1 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
As like a thief it steals away
the brighter colours of the day.
Where do the other hues go to?
The scarlet rose is nearly black
and other blooms all shades of grey.
Their glowing colours drained away.
As if twilight can attack
your eyes ability to see
the colours which you know are there.
Where can they possibly go to.
I find it very hard to bear.
Then when the moon sheds silver light.
Colours return to my delight.
