This life is a kaleidoscope
of patterns changing constantly.
Some of which will give us hope
and some we view despairingly.

Each time its shaken pieces fall
into designs we understand.
When we are young adventures call
to draw us from our native land.

Another shake the patterns change.
We lose our youthful clarity
as circumstances re arrange.
We find there is disparity

Between what we hope to achieve
and that which life allows us to.
We learn in due course I believe
just as we are intended to.

Reflections of reflections hide
the actual reality.
Our only task is to decide.
Which is the truth: Which falsity.
