Description

WATCO Launched a new Short Line Railroad that is now leasing Norfolk Southern's Ithaca Secondary Branch from Sayre to Ludowville, New York. The Railroad consists of two WAMX Locomotives 4248 and 4247 in the lead with WAMX 4241 in the rear. The Trains only carry salt for the most part.
