Description
Recipes:
Chives with cream cheese spread.
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 cup Garlic Chives
Finely cut the chives and mix with softened cream cheese.

Roast beef wrap,
For each wrap you will need:
1 tortilla
2 slices of roast beef
4-5 small collard green leaves
1/4 cup of the chives with cream cheese spread
mustard or other condiment as desired.
Layer the ingredients on the tortilla and roll up in aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour. Can be eaten whole or sliced into 1/2 inch pieces.

Mini cracker pizza appetizers,
Ingredients:
wheat crackers
cherry tomatoes
small sweet peppers
Chives and cream cheese spread
pepperoni slices
Thinly slice the veggies, Spread chives/cream cheese on the crackers and layer other ingredients as desired.
