IT Professionals Act Like Part-time Therapist

Feeling stress while having an IT issue is fairly common, and passing that stress on to the IT help is common too. According to the IT professionals, 59% say they “always” or “often” have to calm people down. Sounds like they might need to take a counseling class. The most common incident with work computers, 63% say it is a spill of coffee or water according to the LogMeIn Rescue study by OnePoll. Buzz60’s Keri Lumm has more.
