Description

Speaking on Parliament disruption, JD(U) leader K C Tyagi said, "Government should recall their days when parliament would not function for two months and now the opposition is following the tradition of BJP." When asked that Speaker of the House has given a warning that action would be taken against those who are protesting, he said, "There is no such thing in the rule book, it is the democratic right to protest and a Speaker cannot go against the law and give a decision." Parliament on Wednesday saw a washout as the opposition aggressively pressed for the ouster of external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje, and also Madhya Pradesh chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, rejecting the government's offer for a debate.
