Gives me an opportunity to read. I rarely watch the evening news anymore. Three reasons: It is contrived, manipulated and there's nothing I can do about what I see, so I get my news from Overseas newspapers via the Internet. 2. All the ads keep telling me that I am sick and I need their medication. But, in listening carefully, the side effects of their medication is worse than the symptoms they are designed to lessen. 3. The political stories are all misleading.
