Islamic State destabilises Northern region

Islamic State militants have destabilised parts of northern Mozambique, in an ongoing civil war. The attacks began gradually three years ago, in Cabo Delgado. To date, over a thousand people have died and thousands displaced. Government forces in Mozambique are fighting to regain the region, which is rich in gas. Institute for Security Studies Consultant, Peter Fabricius says while there is not much South Africa can do, it cannot be idle.
