Islamic finance can benefit from SRI

The Islamic finance industry will benefit from tapping into the Socially Responsible Investnig, SRI segment, which will better differentiate it from conventional finance.

According to Ernst and Young's partner, Ashar Nazim, who leads its global Islamic banking centre practice, the SRI segment is valued at 145 trillion ringgit.
