Description

The voter identification law requires a Voter ID. To clarify, this law on voting requires any voter to show identification in order to vote. This is said to prevent voter fraud, but in reality prevents the poor, elderly, and minority members of society from exercising their right to vote. This, in term is a violation of the fifteenth amendment, and is a form of voter suppression.
